PVSITES Demo Sites: EMPA campus carport completed
Works for the installation of a PV carport in the parking of EMPA Campus in Dübendorf, Switzerland, have been completed. The modules installed consist of semi-flexible and lightweight CIGS solar panels designed and manufactured by FLISOM.
More specifically, 74 modules, black colour, have been installed along 98 m2 with an installed power of 7,2 kWp.
The carport will be able now to host 5 cars and will provide the consumer with the maximum energy functionality and use comfort. In this regard, the minimum amount of pillars were planned in order to facilitate the driving in & out.
